Professional Background
Trey Langston Dolezal served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, where he represented the Texas Department of Transportation in condemnation and tort matters from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Dolezal participated as lead counsel and second chair in numerous trials during his tenure with the Office of the Attorney General. In 1995, he entered private practice with Henslee, Fowler, Hepworth & Schwartz, where he became a partner in 1999. At the firm, Mr. Dolezal was lead counsel for several corporations and represented hundreds of clients in all areas of litigation for School Districts as well as an insurance defense. In 2002, he created his own firm and recently has created Dolezal & Associates Law.
Mr. Dolezal has a wide range of experience with business and commercial litigation, including work in both state and federal court. His client roster includes private corporations, builders, contractors and entrepreneurs.
